I’m a builder at heart — of companies, projects, and people. Crystal and I are the Founders of Hirschi Companies and lead our family of specialized construction and service businesses across Nevada, Arizona, and Utah — including Hirschi Masonry, Marnell Masonry, Hirschi Iron & Powder Coating, HaulCore Transport, and Brickhouse Fleet Services.

Crystal Hirschi is Executive Vice President and co-owner of Hirschi Companies. Hirschi Companies began in 2009 with 39 team members in residential masonry to now an enterprise of eight companies with more than 950 team members across Nevada, Utah, and Arizona with two philanthropic arms of the business Hirschi helping hands and pathways school of masonry.
Passionate about strategic planning, marketing, workforce development, and community impact, Crystal serves on several nonprofit and industry boards and is a strong advocate for education, youth empowerment, and career pathways.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Crystal is also launching a publishing company, Crystal Rose Publishing, in 2027 featuring her own children’s books that promote kindness, gratitude, and self-worth. She hopes her legacy will be one of building people, creating opportunities, and inspiring positive change.
Karl started his career with Hirschi Masonry in 2002 after graduating from Brigham Young University with a Construction Management degree. Most of his career has been spent on the operations side of the Hirschi business with roles as Superintendent, VP of Operations, and Project Manager. In 2018, he pivoted to become the Chief Financial Officer, where he now oversees Accounting, Human Resources, and the Technology Development departments of Hirschi Companies.
This combination of operational experience and management skills has enabled Karl to make a powerful impact in his role as CFO. His love for the challenges his career offers is reflected in his away-from-work hobbies, which include mountain biking, skiing, 4-wheeling, and hunting.
Paul’s been with Hirschi since 2015, but brings years of experience from other wildly different careers. 13 years as an Operations Manager for FedEx and 4 years as a professional Marriage and Family Therapist makes him uniquely qualified to oversee HR needs.
He has a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada and a Masters degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix.
These skills and his education allow him to create a good work environment by forming and implementing policies to ensure respect, dignity, and fairness.
In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, read, and travel.

Ryan Daniels serves as General Counsel for Hirschi Companies, where he combines legal know-how with a knack for creative problem-solving. A graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Ryan began his legal career in the high-stakes oil and gas litigation scene of Houston, Texas. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2013, he joined the law firm Kaempfer Crowell, where he spent over a decade representing clients in everything from civil rights cases and construction disputes to employment law and multimillion-dollar landlord/tenant matters.
At Hirschi, Ryan is focused on preserving the integrity of the company while supporting its continued growth—navigating legal risks without losing sight of business goals. He enjoys tackling novel legal issues almost as much as he enjoys winning them. He also volunteers with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and believes strongly in using his legal skills for good—whether that’s helping a client navigate risk or helping someone get a fresh start.
When he’s not neck-deep in contracts or court opinions, Ryan can be found chasing philosophical rabbit holes with friends, running solo to clear his mind, playing with his kids, or out on a date with his far better half.
Jessenia leads marketing for Hirschi Companies and its operating companies across Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. She owns how the company shows up to its clients, its partners, and the people considering a career here.
A Las Vegas native, she joined Hirschi in 2014 as a permit technician and went on to run the permit department before moving into marketing and stepping into her current role.
What she cares most about is giving back and mentoring the next generation, both inside Hirschi Companies and across the workforce here in the valley. She serves on the CCOR Workforce Committee with the NCA and on the Construction vs Cancer committee and works alongside Crystal Hirschi on Hirschi Helping Hands.
Outside of work, Jessenia is at concerts, behind a camera, or spending time with the love of her life and family.
Aaron Xavier joined Hirschi Companies in September 2026 as Vice President of Technology, bringing more than 21 years of technology leadership with him. He earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Chittagong and spent the next two decades at DealPoint Merrill, a commercial real estate and self-storage company, and its family of companies, where he moved up from Director of Technology to Chief Technology Officer. Along the way he founded and built the full technology stack behind JustStorage, from its digital marketing technology to its operational systems, led the company's engineering and IT teams, and put AI and automation to work on everyday business operations.
He also holds an Applied AI and Data Science Professional Certificate from MIT, where one of his capstone projects focused on deep learning and computer vision.
When he's not working, he loves spending time with his family and kids, traveling, and keeping up with AI and technology changes on a daily basis.
President
Logan started at Hirschi Masonry as an estimating intern while earning his BS in Construction Management from BYU. He rotated through the Residential Walls, Iron, and Residential Stone Veneer teams, which is how he ended up learning the operation from several angles at once — including the one he runs today.
After graduation he came on full time as an Estimator, focused on winning work and delivering it. Five years later he was running a team of more than 100 people as General Manager, and he now serves as President of Hirschi Iron and Hirschi Powder Coating.
Logan likes that the job keeps him in the office and on the floor both, and he's proud of the crews turning out the work.
Outside of work, he's with his wife and two sons, usually outdoors with their dogs.
