Paul Ripa Jr.

Coming from his own construction company that he ran for over 26 years, Paul has every tool in the box when it comes to managing the day to day operations of Hirschi Iron.

Paul brings nearly 3 decades as the owner and operator of his own construction company in Rhode Island to the Hirschi Iron team. If that weren’t impressive enough, he served as a Rhode Island firefighter during that time as well.

His experience with leadership and organization combined with his degrees and certifications make Paul uniquely suited to management and ensuring that staff provides exceptional product and customer service. He loves seeing raw materials become the finished product.

Paul spends his free time four-wheeling, golfing, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Nevada and its neighboring states.

General Superintendent

Bryce Mills

With experience managing several businesses before his work with Hirschi, Bryce has a passion for metal fabrication that translates to his ability to oversee all of Hirschi’s projects.

Bryce has been in the iron industry since 2016 running his own fabrication shop on top of managing many other businesses.

As the General Superintendent of Hirschi Iron, he’s responsible for managing all iron fabrication, powder coating, and installs. Bryce loves anything to do with metal fabrication and his access to Hirschi Iron’s state-of-the-art facility gives him the tools and technology to do just that.

When he’s not working with the fabricators on-site, Bryce is still spending his free time with metal as he builds custom trucks as a hobby. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
